Provide Virtual Vista with all the project information you have drawings, sketches, descriptions, Google Maps, 3D models from architects (if available) , design presentations, mood boards, and design specifications. Also, select the materials.
Step 2:
Confirming Details
Virtual Vista assesses the customer's request and presents a quote, project timeline, and an initial conceptual sketch.
Step 3:
Brainstorming Ideas Together
let's exchange ideas and refine the design collaboratively.
Step 4:
Pricing Discussion and 50% Advance
In this phase, Virtual Vista finalizes and confirms the costs. Customers have to pay 50% total bill in advance.
Step 5:
Initiating the Process
Virtual Vista crafts a 3D version of the floor plan, offering a comprehensive view of the layout, colors, and materials.
Adjustments will be based on your feedback. At this juncture, an additional 25% payment is required.
Step 6:
Crafting Interior Renders -
Editing - Approvalling
Receive a draft of the internal render, subject to further revisions as needed.Customers have to make the remaining 25% payment at this stage.
Step 7:
Creating Matterport -
Modifications - Approval
Virtual Vista creates a crucial information portal for your review, making additional tweaks if necessary.
